You will need to Log in to gain access to ALDUZ wholesale prices and to make an order. Once you have completed log in forms you will be able to make an order and proceed to the checkout. No payment is required at checkout. A welcome email will be sent to confirm your log in was successful.
If you have a retail business and wish to order with ALDUZ your first order will be supplied on a C.O.D basis or proforma (payment before dispatch). Our bank details will be displayed at the bottom of your invoice. You can pay by direct deposit to our bank account, or by return cheque or Postal order. We do not accept credit card payment at this time. Our credit application will also be included with your first order. When you return the completed Credit Application all your subsequent orders will be supplied on our account terms of 30 days. Any accounts going over 30 days may have their credit facility removed, and no further orders processed.
Our minimum order is $175. Any order that we accept under $175 will attract a $5 surcharge in addition to freight costs.
How to order
Order online: You have the benefit of costs being calculated as you make your order. Upon completion of checkout you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation sent to you via email.
Order by Phone: Call 02 9565 4222 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

All prices are in Australian dollars and are plus GST & Freight.
Change without notice
We update our site as often as is practicable, but information can change rapidly. The information contained in this website, our terms, products, product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
Damages & Returns
Returns are not accepted 7 days after delivery.
If you find an item is damaged or faulty when received you should notify us within 7 days. We will send you a replacement or credit for the item. We may require that the item is sent back to us before we issue a replacement or credit.
If you decide to cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. If we have already sent your order you will be responsible for freight costs.
Any accounts going over 30 days may have their credit facility removed, and no further orders processed. ALDUZ reserves the right to refuse supply until outstanding accounts are paid. Any legal and out of pocket expenses associated with the collection of overdue accounts will be added to the original amount.
Title of goods does not pass to you until paid in full. Any accounts that remain unpaid after 3 months will receive a “Late Account Keeping Charge” of $5.00 + gst.
Customers acknowledge that interest will be payable at 10% per annum on overdue accounts. Legal action for unpaid accounts may be taken in NSW.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
